GreenCook Project
Food wastage is emerging as a still-to-be-concretized political priority in North-Western Europe.
A new project titled GreenCook is aimed at reducing food wastage at home and out of home (at the restaurant, at the canteen, in the supermarket) and to make the North-Western Europe a model of sustainable food management by in-depth work on the consumer / food relationship. Therefore the project can rely on a multisectoral partnership gathering around 4 communities of practice a pathbreaking combination of partners from Belgium, Holland, Germany and France, each with a unique, targeted expertise and legitimacy, and directly usable know-how. GreenCook will end in 2013.
